Classes are held from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

This 4-class series is being offered by Community HealthCorps service members. The classes are free to attend, and donations to cover food costs can be made in class.

Each class includes a nutrition video followed by a cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
