Friday, Aug. 20, 2010: Fueling Up on Low-Fat, High-Fiber Foods

Friday, Sept. 03, 2010: Cancer-Fighting Compounds and Healthy Weight Control

Classes are held from 7 to 9 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

Donations can be made in class. Guides will be available for purchase in class.

Each class includes a nutrition video followed by a cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
