Stephen Joseph, Esq., is best known as the man who launched and coordinated the successful campaign to ban trans fat. He worked with restaurant owners in Tiburon, California to make it “America’s first trans fat-free city” and inspired New York City and Philadelphia to pass regulations banning trans fat. Mr. Joseph obtained a master’s degree in international law from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the California and District of Columbia Bars.
